Ticket Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our service.

These are the terms that apply when you buy a ticket through Pit.Live. Pit.Live Limited ("Pit.Live", "we", "us") is a ticket agency — we sell tickets on behalf of the venues and promoters staging each show (the "Organiser"). We handle your booking, your payment and your ticket. The Organiser runs the show itself — that includes who gets in on the night, security, and anything that happens on stage.
Please read these terms before you buy. Buying a ticket through us means you've agreed to them.
  1. 1. Your ticket

    • 1.1 Tickets are non-transferable, unless the Organiser says otherwise for a specific show.
    • 1.2 You can't resell a ticket for profit or pass it on for commercial gain. If a ticket has been resold or duplicated without permission, the Organiser can refuse it at the door.
    • 1.3 Check your ticket as soon as you get it — date, venue, ticket type. Booking mistakes can't always be fixed after the fact, so flag anything wrong straight away (see "Get in touch" below).
    • 1.4 Unauthorised copies or resold tickets may not get you in. If you're not sure, buy direct from us.
  2. 2. Refunds and cancellations

    • 2.1 We'll refund your ticket if the headline act cancels, or if the show is postponed.
    • 2.2 For a postponed show, you can claim your refund up to 14 days after the new date is announced.
    • 2.3 Outside of these two situations, tickets aren't refundable. The Organiser has committed to the artist, the venue and the crew on the strength of ticket sales, which is standard across live events.
  3. 3. On the night — the Organiser's call

The points below are decisions made by the venue or promoter running the show, not by Pit.Live. We sell you the ticket; they run the room.
    • 3.1 You need a valid ticket to get in. No ticket, no entry.
    • 3.2 The Organiser can refuse entry or carry out security searches, for everyone's safety.
    • 3.3 The Organiser might change the running order, content or timing of the show if something outside their control makes that necessary. That alone doesn't trigger a refund or exchange — see section 2 for when refunds do apply.
    • 3.4 Selling anything inside the venue needs the Organiser's written permission. If it's done without asking, the Organiser can confiscate it.
  4. 4. Filming and photography

Shows may be filmed or recorded for broadcast or security purposes. If you're at the show, you might appear in that footage.
  5. 5. Your belongings

Neither Pit.Live nor the Organiser is responsible for anything lost, stolen or damaged at the venue. Keep an eye on your stuff.
  6. 6. Get in touch
